One day althought more than one day you feel hurt from days friends family etc, you must keep on mental healthy for example my neighbour say bad or my friend get damage maybe you must look like me control your days and keep on your mind positive think example I love me or one word that give you relax for example your neighbour bad say very very bad say you before become angery look like me😤or you cried 😭you believe to yourself althought I know that is difficult
