The language of the Medes - what language did the Medes speak?

Professor John Curtis is the one who was in charge of the Achaemenian Museum in London. John Curtis traveled to Iran seven times at the invitation of Mohammad Reza Palani (Pahlavi) to write a history for the Achaemenid works in Iran. He clearly states on page 15 and 21 of his book that Examining the ancient artifacts and objects obtained from the Iranian plateau, we come to the conclusion that all the civilizations before the Achaemenians, in the Iranian plateau, were Turkic and Turanian, which includes the Medes. He also states that the objects obtained are from a common culture. And the same root with the Anu civilization in present-day Turkmenistan tells....
The French archaeologist Eppert points out that the language of the Medes is Altaic. In another place, Diakonov writes that the language of the Parthians is the same as the language of the Medes and belongs to the family of conjugational languages. If you compare the researches of Eppert and Diakonov, you can understand that the Parthians are also Turkish. It is the order that from 7000 years to 2500 years ago, i.e. for a period of 4500 years absolutely, in the geographical region, Azerbaijanis and only the Turkic-speaking peoples lived and ruled, and the Sumerians, Medes, and Parthians were ruled by Turks and had no connection with the Persians.
