there are always times that we don't know what we're doin

there are always times that we don't know what we're doing....like we're sitting and just looking at nowhere,not thinking of anything (I call this rest mood)
or we're doing our usual things but-
we don't know why,how
that's completely normal and it happens you just have to give yourself a rest ...as much as you need.
huh...? you're saying I can't?
well,I know that too
so maybe sleeping a little sooner will help? even 5 minutes is 5 minutes...it will help
all I'm saying is that "it's okay" don't get hard on yourself, you're doing good and it will become great if you take a little break
even if you don't talk to anyone it's also alright,we are humans...if we want to don't have a connection with people... it's fine
just stay at home and enjoy your tea(or anything you like)
or else you want to go out
it's also alright!
