This week for MENAstories were sharing a portrait each

This week for #MENAstories we're sharing a portrait each day from @gulfphotoplus's current exhibition Constructing Portraits.
This is Ubaidullah Khan, 50, a driver from Pakistan. His ideal job, he said, would be to own his own sheep or poultry farm in his village back home.
For Constructing Portraits, the Gulf Photo Plus team with the help of volunteers took studio portraits of over 250 workers at their camp over the Eid weekend and provided them with professional prints. They also asked them several questions related to their hopes and aspirations; answers were then paired with their portraits and exhibited at the GPP gallery in Dubai.
The idea is to move beyond the boundaries of nationality, language and job title in order to unite the diverse and often divided communities that call Dubai home, to strip away assumed differences, and to recognize our similarities.
The exhibition featuring all 250 portraits is showing at the GPP gallery in Dubai until Sep 5th.
