December 1969, 10 years before the Islamic Revolution, the fashion photographer Henry Clarke took a series of photos in Iran, from Shiraz to Isfahan and Tehran for vogue. Featuring models Marisa Berenson, Lauren Hutton and Cynthia Korman with the amazing colors and beautiful architecture of iranian mosques. History and unique landscape made the series a unique moment of fashion. The charming girls, the colors and the artistic talent of Clarke made the photos extremely poetic and historical.
