یک دارویی هست که عوارض نداره .
It's a medicine that does not cost you anything
اثرش از بین نمی ره.
  It's effect is everlasting 
بیماری های روحی و جسمی هر دو رو درمان می کنه.
For both the body and the soul
هم برای پیشگیری هست هم برای درمان 
  Equally useful for prevention as well as cure 
فقط مشکلی که هست اثرش را زیر میکروسکپ نمیشه دید.
  The only problem is that it's effect is not to be seen with a microscope 
اینک این شما و این داروی شفابخش  :   صدقه
  Here you are with this remedial medicine 
  الصدقه = Charity*! or you can say For God's sake* 
الصَّدَقَةُ دَوَاءٌ مُنْجِحٌ نهج البلاغه حکمت 7
charity and alms are the best remedy for ailments and calamities.
Nahj Al Balagha . saying6
این تصویر مربوط به صدقه دادن امام علی (ع) در نماز است که قرآن در اینباره می فرماید: إِنَّما وَلِيُّكُمُ اللَّهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ وَ الَّذينَ آمَنُوا الَّذينَ يُقيمُونَ الصَّلاةَ وَ يُؤْتُونَ الزَّكاةَ وَ هُمْ راكِعُون قرآن کریم 55:5
همانا سرپرست شما خدا و پیامبرش و کسانی که نماز می خوانند و در رکوع انفاق می کنند، هستند.
