طی حکمی از سوی جناب آقای دکتر ناگاراجان ، بنیانگذار سیستم جهانی مبارزه در قفس از کشور هندوستان، جناب آقای کیوشی دکتر سید حسن طیبی به عنوان ریاست کل جهانی و دائمی این سازمان در جهان منصوب و در تاریخ ۲۸.۱۲.۲۱۰۸ حکم وی اهداء شد.
According to a decree by Mr. Dr. Nagarajan, the founder of the World Cage Fighting System from India, Mr. Kyoshi Doctor Hasan Tayebi was appointed as the global and permanent president of this organization in the world and on 28.12.2108, his decree was awarded.
