It is a great pleasure and a profound honor to extend my sincere congratulations to the President, faculty members, staff, students, and the entire academic community of the Khomeinishahr Branch of Islamic Azad University on the university’s remarkable achievement in attaining the prestigious ++1 rank in the 2025-2026 academic year, representing a two-rank improvement compared with the 2024–2025 evaluation.

This remarkable progress is not merely a higher ranking; it stands as a clear testament to the university’s continuous pursuit of excellence, effective leadership, scientific capabilities, and the collective efforts of its academic and administrative community. The trajectory from the 6th rank in 2022-2023 to the 4th rank in 2023-2024, to the 1st rank in 2024–2025, and finally, to the prestigious ++1 rank in 2025–2026 represents an important milestone in the university’s ongoing path of transformation and development.

Once again, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all who contributed to this success and wish our university continued growth, greater achievements, and an increasingly distinguished position in the national and international academic community.
