Summery winter with the taste of fall dressed in spring in Asunción. Folks speak of the warm winter. Meanwhile the lapacho trees explode in flower out of season. Pools open early. And you realise that every day there are more people sharing cold tereré (yerba maté) in the street.

Invierno veranal con sabor a otoño vestido de primavera en Asunción. La gente anda hablando del invierno caluroso. Los lapachos explotan en color fuera de temporada. Las piscinas se abren temprano. Y te das cuenta de que cada día hay más gente compartiendo tereré frío en las calles.
