Vienna talks can succeed only by effective implementation of JCPOA: Ravanchi
Tehran (ISNA) - Ambassador and permanent representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations, Majid Takht Ravanchi stressed the need for full implementation of the JCPOA and prevention of blame game in order to reach successful talks in Vienna.
“My remarks at UN Security Council meeting today: Vienna Talks can succeed not by engaging in blame games, but by full and effective implementation of the JCPOA,” he wrote on his official Twitter account on Tuesday.
“As soon as other parties implement all their obligations in a verifiable manner, Iran will reverse its measures in full,” he added.
His remarks came as second round of Vienna talks on lifting sanctions against Iran began last Thursday.
Currently, Vienna talks are continuing at the levels of bilateral and multilateral negotiations between the JCPOA parties as well as working groups of JCPOA Joint Commission.
