Really glad to see the lake almost is filled with water again, last year, same place (Sharafkhaneh Harbor) all I could see was dryness and salt, but now it has got a new start.
Recently as a result of lots of raining in autumn,winter and spring,and increasing the imported water from the rivers into the lake and realeasing the dam water,now the amount of water in the lake has grown about 20 cms.
Urmia Lake, one of the worlds biggest salt lakes has shrunk by nearly 88% since the 1970s.
خیلی خوشحالم که دریاچه را تقریبا خیس میبینم؛ سال پیش همین جا تا جایی که چشم کار میکرد خشک و نمکی بود؛ اما حالا جان دوباره گرفته...
اخیرا در پی افزایش ورودی آب به دریاچه از طریق بارش‌های خوب پاییز، زمستان و بهاره و وارد شدن آب از رودخانه‌ها و رهاسازی آب سدها شاهد بالا آمدن بیست سانتی آب دریاچه هستیم.
