Detail from my first camera trap! Over the course of 7 days this #loneWolf visited a Moose kill site in #DenaliNationalPark. He always approached from the back and usually left after a few frames. I love the intense look he is giving, - one that pierces straight through the lens into the viewer. The photos I got with this trap might not make the magazine, but it was an exciting first experiment for me with camera traps! More wolf photos from this assignment for @natgeo magazine coming soon!
