Thirtythree years ago today the Khouzestan city of Kho

Thirty-three years ago today, the Khouzestan city of #Khorramshahr was freed after #578 days of occupation. About 70 thousand volunteers from across the country took part in the offense among whom 30 thousand lost their lives or were wounded during the two-day fierce battle to take back the city from Saddam Hussein's army, that was heavily supported then by the western world.
