@ the Fuggerei -- the world's oldest social housing complex still in use. With 67 houses and 147 apartments, it was created as an endowment project almost 500 years go to house the poor and needy. The only thing asked by residents is prayers for the founders of the endowment and a mere symbolic 0.88 cents rent a year. Quite a moving experience.
