Lebanon's barbed-wire encased parliament-frequently vacant due to the unwillingness of the country's political factions to compromise on even the most basic of issues, was visited today by a contingent of beauty queens from the Balkans, Venezuela, and Lebanon. It's unclear why they decided to visit parliament, because on today, like most days, Lebanon's politicians were not at work.
