Muhammad is a eleven year old Afghan refugee in Tehran, Iran. He and his ten year old sister sell pocket tissues around Iran Artist Organization building between 5 to 8 pm. they go to school in mornings,and they work in the afternoons so that they can help their father, who is a municipal worker, financially.
