در اسلام، هیچ نظامِ رسمی و تثبیتشدهای از نمادهای مقدس وجود ندارد. هلال ماه را بهعنوان یک نشانهٔ دینی تعیین نکردهاند. بااینحال، در سنت اسلامی معمولاً هلال ماه را بهصورت مایل به تصویر میکشند.
چرا باید این هلال به صورت عمودی و به شکل دو شاخ بر فراز مجموعهٔ برجهای ابراج البیت، که در قلب مکه قرار دارد که یک هلال عظیم نصب شده است که دو سر آن کاملاً به سمت بالا قرار گرفته باشد!!!
در فرهنگهای مختلف، در دوران باستان، چنین هلالی بهعنوان نماد خدایان گوناگون مورد استفاده قرار میگرفت که به صورت مایل قرار میگیرد
برای مثال، در مصر: نماد هلال ماه بر روی سرپوش ایسیس (ایزیس) دیده میشد، همچنین قرص خورشیدی همراه با ماه شاخدار یا قرارگرفته میان شاخهای گاو (گاو ماده) که به معنای وحدت الهیِ دو نیرو در یک موجود، خدایان مشترک خورشیدی-قمری و ازدواج پنهانی زوجهای الهی بود.
در فرهنگ هندی، هلال ماه زینت سرپوش شیوا است و در میان اسلاوهای باستان، به شکل شاخهای ولِس حضور دارد. افزون بر این، هلال عمودی نماد (بعل) یک خدای آشوری-بابلی مرتبط با آیین قربانیکردن کودکان و انسان های دیگر نیز بوده است
که با آتش زدن مجسمه بعل انرژی تاریک آن آزاد میشود
(موردی که در ۲۲بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۴ مجسمه بعل آتش زده شد)!!
In Islam, there is no canonically established system of sacred symbols. Neither the Quran nor the Sunnah establishes the crescent moon as a religious symbol. Nevertheless, in Islamic tradition, the crescent is commonly depicted in an inclined position. On top of the Abraj Al-Bait complex, which is located in the very heart of Mecca, a gigantic crescent has been installed, with its two tips pointing strictly vertically upward.
In various cultures, such a crescent was used in ancient times as a symbol of different deities. For example, in Egypt: the symbol of the crescent moon appeared on the headdress of Isis, as well as a solar disk with a horned moon or one positioned between the horns of a cow — which signified the divine unity of two beings in one, the shared solar-lunar gods, and the secret marriage of divine couples.
In Indian culture, the crescent moon adorns the headdress of Shiva, while among the ancient Slavs it appears in the form of the horns of Veles. Furthermore, the vertical crescent served as a symbol of Baal, an Assyro-Babylonian deity associated with the cult of child sacrifice…
