خدای بی کسی شدم که خوب و پاک نیستم

I became a lonely God who is not pure and fine

Zur einsamen Gottheit verbannt,
von Güte und Reinheit verkannt

صلاح کار کجا و من خراب کجا

Where is the sensible act, and my insanity whence? (Hafez)

Welch Unterschied in Gunst der Vernunft,
zu meinem Ruin

Näher näher zum meer, näher näher zu mehr

نزدیکتر و نزدیکتر به دریا، نزدیکتر و نزدیکتر به "بیشتر"

Closer and closer to the sea, closer and closer to the “more”

بدین شتاب کجا

Where to O heart, in such hurry you go whence? (Hafez)

Wohin verschlägt es dich,
mein Herz,
weshalb du so rasant fliehst

یَا أَیُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاکُمْ مِنْ ذَکَرٍ وَأُنْثَی وَجَعَلْنَاکُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا

O mankind, indeed we have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. (Quran 13:49)

O ihr Menschen, Wir haben euch ja von einem männlichen und einem weiblichen Wesen erschaffen, und Wir haben euch zu Völkern und Stämmen gemacht, damit ihr einander kennenlernt. (Koran 13:49)
